Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- You must send your item to us within 14 days of receiving your return approval.
Non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items marked as 'final sale'.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Changes to your order
Changes to your order (such as cancellations, size, color or shipping address) immediately after ordering will not be accepted due to our fast-processing times. Please ensure you place the correct details when ordering from our website.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
