Shipping Policy

We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped from us to you, as quickly as possible.

We offer FREE shipping on all New Zealand orders. Remote/rural orders may incur a surcharge depending on location. All orders are processed immediately so please take care when entering your postal address as we are unable to change the address after payment. After your item has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. 

We aim to ship orders out within 1-2 business days with the exception of weekends, public holidays and any weekend business closures by our shipping partners. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: pre or back orders, out of stock products, or international orders.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Miti Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping estimates are as follows:

NZ North Island: 1-3 business days
NZ South Island: 1-5 business days
Australia: 7-10 business days
